The lollypop is a willy skipper followed by a board and sail rotation so that you can continue surfing on the original course after the move.

Old school freestyle you could say, but Balz even performed this trick in a freestyle heat at the 2024 Windsurf World Cup in Fuertventura.

Just give it a cool spin during your next session on flat water, this is another way to prove your skills as a captain.
